Steve Basso Plumbing Heating & A/C in Stratford, CT is hiring a full-time Licensed HVAC Technician. You will handle residential service calls, diagnose heating and cooling issues, perform repairs, and install systems.

We offer a benefits package including health insurance, a 401(k) with a 3.5% match, paid holidays and vacations, and education reimbursement. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. This position is at our new location.

Qualifications

• Connecticut Journeyman license (Class D or S).
• Valid CT driver's license with clean record.
• 5+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Ability to perform installations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential service calls.
• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Perform complete system installations.
• Ensure high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
