Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning | Mister Sparky Electric | Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in New Jersey seeks a hands-on Multi-Trade Service Manager with a focus on HVAC to lead the service team across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. You will coach technicians, conduct field training, and provide technical support for complex HVAC diagnostics.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of residential HVAC experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
Strong HVAC diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair knowledge.
Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred.
Working knowledge of residential Electrical and Plumbing.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing technicians.
Conduct technician meetings, ride-alongs, and field training.
Evaluate and develop new technicians.
Provide technical support for challenging HVAC diagnostics and equipment issues.
Monitor technician performance, callbacks, and key service metrics.
Perform quality-control inspections and help improve service quality.
Support onboarding and ongoing technical training.
Partner with the General Manager and team leads to improve operations.
Provide after-hours technical support when needed.
