Job summary

Qualifications

Skilled in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems, including ductwork and control panels, ensuring compliance with building codes.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues in commercial and industrial equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to optimize system performance and extend equipment life.
Maintain refrigeration units such as racks, walk-ins, and reach-ins, adhering to EPA 608 refrigerant handling protocols.
Lead and mentor field teams on technical procedures and safety standards.
Manage service calls, documentation, and coordinate with external providers as needed.
Operate company vehicles safely to complete service assignments within assigned regions.
