Job summary

• HVAC/R certification required (EPA 608).
• 4 years' experience in mechanical maintenance or construction-related field.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• No recent major traffic violations.

Responsibilities

• Installs and maintains HVAC, refrigeration, and building control systems.
• Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues and performs repairs.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and safety checks per OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Mentors apprentices and coordinates with managers on service activities.
• Drives company vehicle to service calls and logs work orders.
