Job summary

CoolSys is seeking an HVAC/R Technician to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a range of equipment, including air conditioning, motors, boilers, and walk-in coolers. The role requires 5+ years of commercial experience and an active EPA certification, plus a valid driver’s license and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience as an HVAC and Refrigeration Technician.
• Active EPA Certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely lift to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple systems.
• Diagnose issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions.
