CoolSys is seeking a Service Tech 4 - HVAC to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, guide junior technicians, and ensure systems run efficiently across diverse client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Tech Skills level 4 with 80% or better.
• Valid EPA certificate required.
• 3–5 years HVAC/refrigeration experience; chiller experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and overhaul equipment safely and efficiently.
• Repair refrigeration, heating and ventilation equipment.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform preventive maintenance.
• Process job tickets and work orders in a timely manner.
• Provide training to junior technicians as needed.
• Maintain truck inventory and operate company vehicle safely.
