Qualifications

• HVAC product knowledge and manufacturer specifications are essential
• Experience coordinating with executives, manufacturers, and customers is required
• Strong communication, accuracy, and problem-solving skills are expected

Responsibilities

• Review orders, quotes, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure orders meet brand standards and quality requirements
• Verify specs, pricing, and details against customer needs and docs
• Coordinate with Account Executives, manufacturers, and customers to resolve discrepancies
• Track orders from quote to delivery to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Conduct quality reviews of submittals, drawings, and product docs
• Assist with proposals and sales documentation quality reviews
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders and change orders
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Travel up to 45% within Texas to sites and offices
• Communicate order issues to Account Executives and Project Managers
• Contribute to best practices and SOPs for QA processes
• Travel safely in company vehicle and maintain relationships with partners
