The role requires up to 45% travel within Texas, strong communication with Account Executives, manufacturers and customers, and leadership in developing QA processes.

A background in commercial HVAC sales and quality control is preferred, with a safety-conscious, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• 10+ years' experience in commercial HVAC equipment sales or related industry.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Review equipment orders, quotes, and sales documents for accuracy.
• Verify specifications, pricing, and order details against customer needs.
• Coordinate with Account Executives, manufacturers, and customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Track orders from quote to delivery to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Conduct quality reviews of submittals and product documentation.
• Report unsafe conditions and promote QA best practices.
