Qualifications

• 3+ years of Plumbing/HVAC (wet and air-side) Project Management experience.
• Mid- to large-commercial project experience.
• Local to Orange County, CA.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a growing and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with general contractors, owners and other sub-contractors on active and upcoming projects.
• Attend BIM Coordination meetings and ensure detailing group is delivering design-intent to crews.
• Manage project schedule of values, and ensure we are completing our deliverables on-time and under budget.
• Communicate with Estimating and Purchasing group on materials and delivery times.
• Submit RFI's and Change-orders for approval.
• Communicate with Project Accountant to verify correct billings and invoice submittals are being spent.
• Balance time between one or multiple projects, spending necessary time on the job site and in the office.
