Job summary

CAM HVAC, a Crete United company, seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager in Smithfield, RI to lead commercial projects from scope through closeout. You will manage scheduling, vendor relations, and subcontractor coordination, ensuring alignment with drawings and specs.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus 10+ years in HVAC project management and a bachelor’s degree preference. On-site, full-time with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of HVAC project or program management experience.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate across development teams.
• Experience with budget development, scheduling, and finance concepts.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall HVAC job scope on commercial projects.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and evaluate submittals.
• Coordinate scheduling needs with general contractors and foremen.
• Schedule subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee execution, quality, and production per job specifications.
• Provide follow-up and closeout documents for completed jobs.
• Other tasks to ensure sound project completion.
