Job summary

Crete United through CAM HVAC seeks an experienced HVAC Project Manager in Smithfield, RI to lead commercial HVAC construction projects. This full-time permanent role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with DOE salary of $120–$140K.

You will manage scope, coordinate subs, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple projects. Preferred candidates have a bachelor's degree and 10+ years in HVAC project or program management, with proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management in the HVAC world.
• Able to work in a team environment and lead technical activities across the project lifecycle.
• Experience with budget development, project planning, and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall HVAC job scope on small and large commercial projects.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and evaluate submittals.
• Coordinate with general contractors and foremen to determine scheduling needs and provide project information.
• Schedule subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Oversee execution of work, ensuring quality and production meet job specifications.
• Provide follow-up and closeout documents for completed jobs.
• Perform other tasks to ensure sound project completion.
