Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager specializing in HVAC to lead complex mechanical projects from preconstruction to closeout in Smithfield, RI.

You will manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and coordination with general contractors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. A minimum 10+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC project/program management experience.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Experience with project budgeting, planning, accounting/financial concepts, cost management, and project management software.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost control, quality, and production
• Prepare and negotiate vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and review submittals
• Coordinate with general contractors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules
• Manage project scopes, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders
• Ensure work is completed according to construction plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Manage multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical projects simultaneously
• Handle project closeout and required construction documentation
