Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is recruiting a Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager for a client in Smithfield, RI to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while coordinating with general contractors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong knowledge of cost control and MS Office, and a proven track record delivering multi-project

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial HVAC project/program management experience.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Experience with project budgeting, planning, accounting/financial concepts, cost management, and project management software.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost control, quality, and production.
• Prepare and negotiate vendor and subcontractor purchase orders and review submittals.
• Coordinate with general contractors, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules.
• Manage project scopes, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Ensure work is completed according to construction plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple commercial HVAC and mechanical projects simultaneously.
• Handle project closeout and required construction documentation.
