Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior HVAC Project Engineer for commercial and industrial systems in the Fox Valley, WI area. This direct-hire role focuses on high-visibility engineering, client collaboration, and large-scale HVAC solutions tailored to manufacturing, labs, and offices.

You will lead design efforts, perform load calculations, develop CAD/Revit models, and support bids with technical proposals.

Qualifications

• BSME/PE or Licensed HVAC Designer.
• 3+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC design experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and HVAC load calculation software.
• Willing to perform site visits within ~1 hour of Fox Valley, WI.
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Scope & feasibility analysis of inquiries and site requirements; propose HVAC solutions.
• System engineering and design of commercial/industrial facilities including plants and offices.
• Perform load calculations, air distribution sizing, boiler/chiller plant design, and piping layouts.
• Develop schematic designs and CAD/Revit models for bidding and cost estimation.
• Draft technical proposals and present concepts to building owners, general contractors, and managers.
• Coordinate construction drawings and plan reviews to meet regional codes.
