Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Pre-Commissioning Senior Agent to support the pre-commissioning department in diagnosing and repairing complex equipment and systems. You will build on equipment knowledge to achieve holistic system understanding and work closely with engineers, vendors, and OEMs.

You will mentor teammates, review submittals, and participate in after-hours work on occasion while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the field.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Knowledge of complex systems and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to mentor others and develop talent.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Start up complex equipment and assist technicians at all levels.
• Diagnose and repair control and hydronic/VRF systems.
• Support Operations; work with Engineers, Vendors and OEMs to fix issues.
• Review submittals and verify specs match electrical/HP ratings.
• Mentor other employees and develop newer talent.
• Occasionally work after hours as needed.
• Review critical documents to generate pre-commissioning plans with operations.
