Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Pre-Commissioning Technician III to support startup and repair of equipment and systems. The role includes mentoring junior technicians and building holistic system knowledge through hands-on work across hydro and mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities include starting up less complex equipment, aiding senior technicians with troubleshooting, system flushing, setting PRVs, reviewing submittals, and occasional overtime. Travel 0–5% may be required.

Qualifications

• 20 hours of continued education.
• 5+ years' experience.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• NFPA 70 certification.
• Exposure to more complex system concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to develop skills through mentorship and hands-on activity.

Responsibilities

• Startup: starting up less complex equipment; assist higher level technicians with complex equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and repair: assisting senior technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Support for operations: assist with system flushing, TAB, setting PRVs, maintaining belts and bearings.
• Review of submittal documents: verify equipment on job and submittal match voltage/amps/HP.
• Mentoring of other employees: provide guidance and knowledge sharing as needed.
• After hours work: occasional overtime may be required.
