Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from estimating through commissioning and turnover, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

You will manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and field execution while coordinating HVAC, piping, controls, and related systems. Strong leadership and client-facing skills are essential for developing repeat business and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mechanical construction project management or related field
• Experience managing scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and retrofit/design-build

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical construction projects from estimating through closeout.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Coordinate HVAC, piping, controls, commissioning, and related systems.
• Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, and submittals.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and value engineering for customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships and identify repeat business.
• Mentor Project Engineers and junior staff.
