You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and plumbing infrastructure across multiple units, ensuring safety and comfort for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in multi-unit, commercial, or healthcare settings.
• Advanced expertise in HVAC and plumbing systems with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to document work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and turn-over repairs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical expert for HVAC and plumbing systems with advanced diagnostics and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair boilers, furnaces, rooftops, PTACs, thermostats, and controls; perform refrigerant work and seasonal changes.
• Diagnose and repair leaks, drains, water heaters, pumps, valves, and fixtures; respond to emergencies to protect residents and property.
• Perform electrical and carpentry repairs; inspect equipment and document root causes and repair plans.
• Complete apartment turnover repairs and punch lists with high workmanship standards.
