Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction required.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC/Plumbing contractors on large commercial projects.
• Familiar with BlueBeam, MS Project, MS Office and Quickpen/Accubid.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor project engineers and field crew.
• Find, estimate, and manage HVAC/Plumbing construction projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and ensure on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Manage and approve schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders; select and monitor subs.
