Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years in HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial controls.
- Strong PLC programming experience with Siemens and/or Allen-Bradley.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and control documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and test PLC-based control systems for custom HVAC equipment.
- Create PLC programs from concept to commissioning.
- Support FAT/SAT, start-up, and field troubleshooting.
- Debug and modify PLC programs for existing systems.
- Design and document HVAC sequences of operation.
- Develop wiring diagrams and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Perform electrical calculations and select control components.
- Prepare BOMs and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to resolve issues.
- Communicate system functionality and design intent to stakeholders.
