Job summary

Fluor Corporation in the United States is seeking an experienced field construction supervisor to oversee all field construction activities for assigned craft, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules and budgets. You will coordinate with other crafts, direct foremen, and support project management to meet project objectives.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and effective communication, along with commitment to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability

Qualifications

• 12 years of craft-related experience or equivalent certification and training.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and visitors.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state and national guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, time-efficient work.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct work activities within assigned crafts in alignment with engineering deliverables, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Approve or coordinate craft personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules.
• Support project management with planning and methods for construction activities.
• Analyze situations, forecast problems, and recommend courses of action.
• Adhere to Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
