Qualifications

• Craft certification and related training with 10 years of experience or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, clients and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge required to complete the work.
• Ability to learn and apply local, state/federal guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct work activities within assigned crafts aligned with engineering deliverables and schedules.
• Approve or authorize coordination of craft personnel, material, and equipment to meet schedules.
• Support project management with planning, methods, and resources for construction activities.
• Analyze issues and recommend solutions within project objectives and guidelines.
• Adhere to Fluor Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
