Job summary

The Kingston Resorts is seeking an elite-level Senior HVAC Engineer to lead complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role requires top-level proficiency and the ability to operate under pressure.

The Lead Mechanic will design, optimize, and maintain building systems, serving as the go-to expert on mission-critical projects across the Kingston Resorts properties.

Qualifications

• Must be HVAC certified.
• Experience maintaining HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lead complex MEP projects.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical, plumbing and electrical troubleshooting, repair and installation.
• Monitors public space temperatures and makes adjustments.
• Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC & plumbing equipment.
• Maintains records of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Lead mission-critical projects and design/optimize building systems.
