You will manage projects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver safe, high‑quality work on time and on budget. You will drive financial performance, support forecasting, and contribute to a collaborative,

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years ofCommercial/Industrial Construction Project experience.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal, hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial/industrial construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact, building strong relationships and solving issues.
• Translate scope, schedules and technical requirements into clear direction for field teams and subs.
• Develop and manage project financials, including labor budgets and cost tracking.
• Coordinate procurement and equipment planning to align materials, labor, and schedules.
• Support monthly forecasting and project reviews, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Mentor project engineers and staff to build accountability and team development.
• Maintain project documentation per standards and contract requirements.
