Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive HVAC installation experience with lead/supervisory duties.
• Extensive knowledge of split, ducted, VRF and chillers.
• HVAC trade certification or recognized training program.
• Strong electrical, refrigeration and airflow understanding.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for installation.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lead a small team and work independently with safety focus.

Responsibilities
