Qualifications

• HVAC vocational, job-related experience and/or trade certificates required.
• More than 3 years HVAC experience with at least 2 years troubleshooting experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent; industry knowledge may substitute.
• Ability to communicate services performed with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance and service repairs on HVAC systems without supervision.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical equipment and controls.
• Read blueprints and schematics to diagnose issues.
• Mentor Level I HVAC Mechanics to support skill development.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety protocols.
• Start up and commission standard HVAC equipment.
