Wellstar Health System, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Senior HVAC Mechanic to provide project oversight for repairs, installations, and renovations in this discipline.

The role includes training new hires and maintaining both residential and commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, including direct expansion and cooling towers. Daily responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and compliance with NFPA and Life Safety codes.

Formación

• Extensive HVAC experience in commercial and residential settings.
• Familiar with direct expansion, cooling towers, and DDC/BBR controls.
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and life-safety requirements for healthcare environments.
• Proficient with reading blueprints and performing preventive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Respond to daily service requests and project work orders with timely closure of documentation.
• Repair and maintain direct digital controls, pneumatic controls, valves and dampers.
• Train new hires and supervise project execution under the manager.
