Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for commercial/industrial systems.
• Safety-first mindset and ability to lead a crew.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex HVAC issues in large facilities.
• Commercial Repairs: Repair HVAC systems in big-time facilities.
• Preventive Maintenance: Keep systems running smoothly and proactively.
• Mentorship: Share knowledge with the crew and mentor junior technicians.
