Job summary

The role focuses on system reliability, safety, and hands-on problem solving across large facilities.

You will mentor junior technicians, uphold strict safety standards, and lead efforts to maintain chillers, boilers, RTUs, and related equipment on fast-paced sites in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience with chillers, boilers, RTUs, and associated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex HVAC issues.
• Commitment to safety as a core value on job sites.
• Ability to guide and mentor junior technicians on multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex HVAC issues on large facilities.
• Commercial Repairs: Service and repair HVAC systems in industrial environments.
• Preventive Maintenance: Proactive upkeep to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
