Qualifications

• Must understand HVAC operating principles.
• Must have experience with monitoring and repair.
• Seven (7) plus years’ technical and trade experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tours and inspections of HVAC systems.
• Monitor and adjust building conditions as needed.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and coordinate repairs.
