Qualifications

• Seven or more years of related HVAC experience.
• Master HVAC license and CFC Type II certification.
• Valid driver's license and A2L Refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and schedule maintenance and installation of complex HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform advanced maintenance services related to HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Lead HVAC repairs, installation, and replacement projects.
• Inspect mechanical systems and perform complex installations.
• Operate Building Automation System and maintain CMMS records.
