Job summary

A vibrant entertainment venue in Maryland seeks an experienced HVAC Master to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing maintenance on complex systems in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Candidates should have over seven years of technical experience, hold a master license, and various certifications. Physical fitness and the ability to work in high-pressure conditions are essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) plus years’ technical and trade experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tours and inspections to monitor and record status of various systems.
• Monitor building conditions and adjust as needed.
• Monitor and operate central utility systems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance of air handlers, pumps, fans, etc.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs as needed.

Skills

Understanding of VAV systems

Knowledge of automation systems

General maintenance procedures for HVAC systems

Troubleshooting skills

Ability to work on refrigerant circuits

Education

High school diploma or GED

Current master license

Universal CFC Certification

OSHA 10 Certification
