Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) is seeking a Sr. HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team and help maintain a safe, comfortable campus environment across 16 buildings in downtown Milwaukee.

Pay: $45/hour and up based on experience
Must be able to use a ladder, aerial lift platform and all maintenance related equipment and tools. Must be able to lift items up to 50lbs. Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, laying horizontally, climbing, frequent walking, etc. as job may require. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to work at various heights.
