Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• Six or more years of hands-on commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration certification required.
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical operations and maintenance of the building under contract.
• Lead technical staff, prepare work schedules and assign duties.
• Coordinate PMs and ensure building safety and environmental standards.
• Ensure subcontractors sign in/out and maintain logs.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with COR and Project Manager.
