Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of HVAC service experience on commercial/industrial systems.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; HVAC certificate; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to mentor technicians and lead teams.
• Proficient with computers, MS Office, and building automation systems.
• EPA Universal certification required; additional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial/industrial HVAC service calls with advanced diagnostics.
• Mentor, coach, and review work of junior technicians.
• Read and apply blueprints, manuals, and control schematics for diagnosis.
• Coordinate site preparations and cross-trade collaboration for installations/repairs.
• Document all work via field service reports and logs.
• Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal staff.
• Occasional travel and after-hours call-out flexibility.
