A leading training organization in Edison, NJ is seeking a Senior HVAC Instructor / Program Lead to design and deliver HVAC training, both in-person and online. You will develop curriculum, teach high-energy classes, and ensure safety compliance in lab exercises. The role requires 5-10 years of HVAC experience, teaching capability, and proficiency in learning platforms. This is a full-time position with potential evening and weekend sessions.

Qualifications

• 5‑10+ years of HVAC field experience (installation and troubleshooting) with strong diagnostic capability.
• Demonstrated ability to teach both classroom concepts and hands‑on labs.
• Comfortable with common software tools and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create and conduct technical training in HVAC application, installation, commissioning.
• Maintain curriculum assets for accuracy and consistency.
