Qualifications
- Colorado HVAC license/certification required for the role.
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team.
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle with a valid driver's license and insurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the installation of residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
- Mentor and work alongside installation team members for safe, efficient, high‑quality installs.
- Maintain clean, organized job sites while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes.
