MID-FLA Heating & Air is seeking a dependable HVAC Lead Installer for residential and light commercial systems in Gainesville, FL. You will perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure peak performance and customer comfort.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC knowledge, reads schematics, and delivers excellent customer service with a safety-first approach. A valid DL and 3+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and a valid driver's license are required.
• Minimum 3+ years of installing HVAC systems.
• Experience reading construction drawings, schematics, and cut sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Installer will install and commission new/replacement HVAC equipment for residential and commercial customers.
• Interpret construction drawings, schematics, and cut sheets in the field.
• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics; perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.
