Job summary

Grande Aire Services is actively seeking an HVAC Lead Installer for New Construction. The role focuses on leading installation teams, reading blueprints, and delivering high-quality residential and commercial cooling systems on schedule.

The position requires strong leadership, customer service, and hands-on expertise in soldering copper lines and interpreting project specifications; Florida weather requires endurance and safety diligence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC new construction installation experience.
• Experience with multiple makes and models of HVAC equipment.
• Proficiency in soldering/brazing copper lines.
• Strong blueprint-reading and interpretation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on new construction projects.
• Install a variety of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Interpret and work from construction blueprints and specifications.
• Perform soldering and installation of copper refrigerant lines.
• Document work activities using the company's electronic systems.
• Maintain adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
