• Experience with multiple makes and models of HVAC equipment
• Proficiency in soldering/brazing copper lines
• Strong blueprint-reading and interpretation skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Must provide personal HVAC tools
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to pass required screenings and testing
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing, kneeling, crawling, and working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Basic technology skills to utilize company software and documentation systems

Grande Aire Services is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Lead Installer -New Construction

to join our New Construction team. This position is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and extensive experience installing residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on new construction projects.
• Install a variety of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
