Job summary
Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer III in Gaithersburg, MD to install heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment in customer homes. You will design and fabricate ductwork, perform startups, balance airflow, and ensure high customer satisfaction while maintaining safe work practices.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC field experience and relevant certifications.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to pass background check.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Ability to read and follow manufacturer specifications and diagrams.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes.
- Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings.
- Perform start-ups and balance airflow on systems.
- Deliver excellent customer service and document work accurately.
- Train junior installers and assist with site supervision.
