Job summary

Service Experts is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to complete residential and light commercial installations with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will communicate with customers, perform diagnostics, and assist with audits and training. The role requires strong technical skills, safe work practices, and the ability to work independently on varied jobs across service areas.

Qualifications

• HVAC technician with 4+ years of experience and EPA certification.
• Must possess all licensure/certifications required by local laws.
• Strong diagnostic, installation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per requirements.
• Perform start-ups and balance airflow on systems.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as needed.
• Train other installers and assist with site supervision and audits.
• Maintain neat, accurate paperwork and ensure proper use of company vehicles and tools.
