Oncourse Home Solutions in Naperville, IL, is seeking a Lead Installer to perform quality residential HVAC installs across the Chicagoland area. The role requires travel to customer homes and participation in an on-call schedule, with a valid driver’s license and refrigerant certification.

You will install furnaces, condensers, humidifiers, and handle wiring; maintain safety and inventory practices; and promote warranty products to customers.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification or equivalent training is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to homeowners.
• Install furnaces, condensers, humidifiers and accessories with minimal assistance.
• Master electrical wiring of furnaces, condensers and thermostats (high and low voltage).
• Maintain inventory and handle parts for job completion and paperwork timely.
