Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC retrofit/system replacement experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Experience mentoring and directing installers.

Responsibilities

• Retrofit/changeout of residential HVAC systems.
• Install boiler, gas/electric furnaces, and heat pumps.
• Work with ducted/ductless systems and IAQ accessories.
• Train and supervise installation crews to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with customers and address questions.
