Job summary

Oncourse Home Solutions, headquartered in Naperville, is seeking a Lead Installer for field-based work in the Chicagoland area. Qualifications

• HVAC certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Continuously provide the customer with the highest levels of customer service.
• Able to install furnaces, condensers, humidifiers and accessories with no assistance.
• Mastered electrical wiring of furnaces, condensers and thermostats.
• Maintain inventory policies and procedures; handle paperwork and parts procurement.
• Participate in on-call schedule and travel within Chicagoland.
