Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer III to install HVAC equipment in customers' homes under supervision. You will perform startups, ensure proper ductwork installation, and promote services while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 4+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. You will collaborate with Field Supervisors and maintain a professional image on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 4+ years of experience.
• Must possess EPA and safety certifications and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes.
• Perform startups and balance airflow on systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote services.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and paperwork in order and safety.
• Train other installers and assist with job planning and estimating.
