Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer I to perform complete and satisfactory installation of HVAC systems in customer homes or light commercial sites. You will supervise helpers, fabricate ducts, perform start-ups, and ensure high customer satisfaction while promoting our products and services.

An EPA and safety certifications background is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience with technical training certification required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories per specs.
• Supervise Install Helpers to ensure quality.
• Perform duct fabrication and installation.
• Conduct start-ups on HVAC systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools.
• Collect payments from customers.
