American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead residential installation operations across multiple sites. You will manage install teams, ensure high-quality HVAC system installs, and maintain safety and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and codes.
• Proven leadership of install teams.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and develop the HVAC installation team.
• Oversee daily install operations across multiple sites.
• Monitor installation quality, safety, and performance.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance of installers.
• Ensure installations meet local codes and standards.
• Coordinate with homeowners, inspectors, and departments.
• Manage scheduling, materials, trucks, and reporting.
• Resolve field issues and provide technical guidance.
• Oversee facility operations and equipment maintenance.
• Support pricing approvals and subcontractor coordination.
