• Residential HVAC installation experience (2+ years) required.
• Lead role experience with a Helper on site.
• EPA Certification; certification assistance may be available.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; pre-employment checks required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove old HVAC systems; install, start-up, and troubleshoot new units in residential settings.
• Provide reliable customer service and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Lift heavy objects and access attics/crawl spaces as needed.
• Work flexible hours with potential extended or weekend shifts.
