DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking skilled Residential HVAC Installation Technicians for year-round installation work in a family-owned shop that values craftsmanship and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork).
• Communicate with Lead Installer throughout each project to ensure proper, prompt completion.
• Follow proper installation and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Work as part of a team that supports each other.
• Other duties as assigned.
